Embrace Varnish is a resin-based varnish, containing fluoride, calcium, phosphate, 17% Xylitol and less than 20 % ethanol. It is applied to enamel or dentin for professional treatment of dental hypersensitivity. Embrace Varnish treats hypersensitivity by releasing fluoride, calcium, and phosphorus ions that precipitate on and occlude dentinal tubules and fill superficial, non-carious enamel lesions. It contains CXP, Xylito coated Calcium and Phosphate for unsurpassed fluoride release. By incorporating Xylitol-coated Calcium and Phosphate in a permeable resin matrix that does not separate.
